The problem

Like it or not, customer reviews matter. And for PLUS, an outdoor furniture brand, its online rating score was way behind competitors. To turn PLUS’ review score around, we developed an email marketing campaign to persuade customers to drop a few kind words online.

Our solution

I crafted playful headline copy around the outdoor lifestyle to connect with customers after purchase. The body text gently nudges shoppers towards leaving positive feedback, explaining how reviews will deliver better future customer service.

Showcasing UX

To highlight our UX work with PLUS, our creatives created a short video explainer for future clients. As part of the process, I wrote the video script detailing the user flow from product to purchase.
