Knitting for love, passion, happiness and you

The problem

In a world with millions of knitters, Knitting for Olive, a Danish family-run knitting company, turned to us to expand globally, capitalising on the holistic hobby's surging post-pandemic interest.

Our solution

My market insights revealed why people fall in love with knitting, from its meditative, healing effects to the joy of creating knitwear for friends and family. Using these discoveries, we crafted a campaign message that captures the personal journey of knitting, with wordplay linked to the brand’s name: Knitting for You.

From static ads to animated videos, our campaign showcased Knitting for Olive’s high-quality products, with a look and feel you can almost reach out and touch. As part of our strategy, we redesigned, rebuilt and rewrote the website, enhancing the user experience with imaginative language and an effortless journey from advert to shopping cart.

With our help, we introduced millions of knitters to Knitting for Olive, inspiring newbies, experts and hobbyists alike to reach for their knitting needles every day.

Campaign: Knitting for You

As part of KFO’s ad campaign, our creative team directed, produced and edited multiple videos to drive sales in the UK and US markets.

Through slow-mo and close-ups, we showcase the beauty of KFO’s products, expressing a quality you can almost feel, drawing the viewer in to discover more.
